Southampton Arts and Humanities Festival is the University of Southampton's annual celebration of Humanities and the Arts.

This November join us on a journey of discovery with a series of interactive events and activities.

Arts and Humanities Day (formerly Hands-on Humanities Day) is our free family-friendly event packed with tens of hands-on activities, workshops, talks and exhibitions. This year the event will be back at the Southampton Cultural Quarter on Saturday 9th November 2025, in collaboration with the University of Southampton's branch of the ESRC Festival of Social Science, John Hansard Gallery and more.

Programme, timetable of live events and tickets will be available after October 10th.
