Join Natalie Johns, a freelance contemporary dance artist based in Winchester, for this participatory workshop which invites people of all different ages (13+) and abilities to explore the power of dance and movement as tools for enhancing physical health, emotional balance and community connection!
Rather than focusing on technical skill, the session emphasises mindful movement, creative expression and the joy of moving together.
Natalie holds both a BA and an MA in Dance from Chichester University. Her artistic practice is rooted in collaboration and narrative-driven performance, using dance as a catalyst for storytelling and as a powerful tool for positive social change.
This event is supported by Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Southampton.
No previous knowledge is required, but please wear comfortable shoes!
