What can a lullaby tell us about care, connection and the earliest moments of life?

Join musicians from the University of Southampton for a short live performance of lullabies co-written through our neonatal music project in collaboration with Princess Anne Hospital, University Hospital Southampton, and supported by Southampton Institute for Arts and Humanities.

Through these songs, we invite audiences to think about the relationship between music, caregiving and neonatal environments. The project brings together music, research and healthcare perspectives to explore how creative practice can help us understand experiences of care in new ways.

Each 15-minute performance offers a gentle moment to listen, reflect and discover more about the research and partnerships behind the music.

Performances will take place at 2:30pm and 3:15pm.
